Theresa quickly rushed towards the forest. She sat down, facing the trees like she usually did and rooted through her bag. She wanted to make sure she had everything.
Quills, ink, notebook, apples, a copy of 'fantastic beasts and where to find them' and her wand.
She grinned slightly, she had everything she needed. She flipped through the book, turning to the pages of the creatures she hoped to see. She began to reread the pages, making sure that she remembered everything.

Lauren had never been in the forest before, but she was always up for an adventure. She knew that Theresa was going in the forest today, and she considered going in with her. After all, she was a Gryffindor, and they were known to be brave.

"Hey!" Lauren said as she ran to catch up with her friend. "I'm coming too!" Lauren was scared out of her mind, but she put on a brave face, not wanting her friend to think she was scared!

Theresa looked up from her book and laughed when she saw Lauren rush over to her. "Didn't expect to see you down here" she said once her friend reached her. "How come you want to come, I will only be taking notes" she said, she could already imagine Lauren's boredom while she took notes on the different creatures.

Lauren shrugged. She actually breathe an inward sigh of relief. Thank Merlin we will only be observing and taking notes. She didn't particularly want to be running for her life from some enraged beast, but then again, with Resa, she would probably get that close to a beast that it'll become in raged anyway.

"That's alright. It's probably better this way, seeing as though this is my first time in the forest." Lauren said, as she watched Theresa itemise her belongings.

The Deputy Headmistress and resident potions master just so happened to be walking in the grounds when she saw the Hufflepuff and Gryffindor go into the forrest.

"10 Points from Hufflepuff and Gryffindor."

She had said this as the Gryffindor girl sat with the Hufflepuff one.

    "Go to bed!"

Lauren looked up to see the Potions Professor there. Damn, Lauren thought. They hadn't even made it into the forest yet. "Yes, Professor." Lauren said, feeling very bad that she had lost house points and that she was caught doing something wrong. This was the first time that she had lost points for Gryffindor and was deeply ashamed.

Lauren looked at Theresa, and thought that she looked disappointed rather than ashamed.

Raven had received the owl and was making his way to the Forest. He stopped seeing not only a professor, but the professor happened to be his Head of House. He waited and seeing that she seemed to be distracted went and whispered to the Hufflepuff, "Hurry up. Follow me, while she's not paying attention."

Out of the corner of Lauren's eyes, she saw that Raven Drake was trying to sneak Theresa away without being seen by Professor Green. Lauren silently cursed the boy, leaving her here to deal with an angry Professor and taking away Theresa.

Lauren was still looking at Theresa and then again at Raven, secretly hoping that Professor Green would see who she was looking at.

Theresa looked back when she heard a voice and saw Raven, she bit her lip as she looked back at the Professor but quietly walked over to him. She tried to put her book back in her bag as she walked over to him, hoping that the Professor didn't notice.

Rolling his eyes seeing that the Gryffindor didn't see what he had, Raven turned to her and motioned for her to move it! It wasn't like the professor would continue to be zoned out for a good while. Now was there chance to get out before any more points were taken and detentions given.

Lauren looked at the boy trying to get her to move, and finally clued in. She sneaked past the Professor and over to where Raven and Theresa were standing. "I thought you both were going to leave me here alone to deal with her." Lauren whispered to the two of them, referring to the zoned out Professor.

Thersa had to put her hand over her mouth to stop from laughing. "I cant believe you would think that I would be that cruel" she whispered to her. There was no way she would leave her friend with a Professor. Especially one like Professor Green who was scary enough when she wasnt angry.

Raven glared at her. Why was it people always assumed the worst of him? Grumbling, he grabbed the wrist of both girls and led them away from the forest. He'd already had detention for a week for blowing up the lake. He didn't need his Head of House sending him a Howler for being in the Forbidden Forest.

Professor Spelling watched as a Hippogriff began chasing the students out of the forbidden forest. Raven was running from the angry Hippogriff and was looking back as he ran and tripped on a root sticking out of the ground and his face landed in a mushy pile of brown stuff. Professor Spelling cringed when she realized it was Hippogriff dung.

Will stepped into the Forest, then stepped out.
