    Blech. Empty Blech.

Slamming her book onto the table, Dixie decided to practice a few basic charms, in case something along those lines popped up on the exam. Pointing her wand irritably at her book, she muttered "Wingardium Leviosa" a few times, making sure she got the pronunciation correct.
Swishing and flicked her wand, she muttered "Wingardium Leviosa."
    BOOM.
Come on!! Could she get it right just ONCE?

Jasmeet was wondering the Hogwarts castle, from corridor to corridor, from level to another level, when she finally decided to go to the library.

She looked around the library - for a familiar face, and stopped when she saw one. Walking up to the Hufflepuff girl, she smiled when she saw that Dixie was trying the levitation spell but was failing.

Jasmeet took out her wand, and muttered, "Wingardium Leviosa" and saw that the book rose perfectly.

"that was a cool one!" Alex gushed as she came up to the two girls practicing Charms. "I mean come on Pyrix, tell me also how you succeed in making everything your wand touches, blast into spontaneous flames? And Jas, how many times did ya practice to get it? Oh, and by the way, hope you guys don't mind!" she added as she dropped the stack of books on the table and took a seat.

    Yup, the epitome of politeness.

Jasmeet looked back over her shoulder, and saw Alex plop herself down at the table. She managed a smile, and answered the girl's question, "Hey Alex, just twice before I think".

Changing the topic, she continued, "So how are you going with your exams? And how is the homework going?"

'Do not ask!" Alex replied emphatically, "Which reminds me, are you in History of Magic? If so, do you have a partner? If no, then do you want a partner? If yes, will you be my partner?" she added, in a very fast voice, tumbling over her words. Before sighing, shaking her head and muttering, "Don't answer!" as she opened a book.

Jasmeet was shocked at the girl, "Yeah I take History of Magic, but unfortunately I've already completed the homework on my own," she looked at the girl apologetically. This was true, just as they had gotten the homework; Jasmeet had completed it as quickly as possible. She just could not help it, she loved History of Magic, and the topic that they were doing now was interesting.

"Oh maaaaaaaaan! Am I the only person left with no partner and no interest! Wait don't answer! I like the subject, until you make me study it! I know I am weird!" Alex replied cheerily, trying to remember anyone else left from her History class. She hoped so! As she thought, she randomely hummed 'Best Day' by Taylor Swift.

Reina walked in silently and noticed Jas, Alex, and Dixie. She quietly walked over. "Hey girls." She said softly, she had heard Alex complaining about History of Magic. "Alex, I overheard you talking about History of Magic. I was just returning the books I used to write up my paper. Do you want them? They're very straight forward." The Ravenclaw held up the three sources she had used.

'Thankyou!Thankyou!Thankyou!Thankyou!Thankyou!Thankyou!Thankyou!Thankyou!Thankyou!Thankyou!Thankyou!Thankyou!Thankyou!Thankyou!Thankyou!Thankyou!"Alex said, rather chanted, taking the books from the Ravenclaw girl.

"No seriously, Reina, THANK YOU! Thanks a lot! It means a lot to me! Like, thanks, seriously! Wait, how were your finals?"

Reina laughed softly at Alex's enthusiasm. "You're welcome, Alex. It's not a problem. Anything else I can do for anyone?" She asked quietly, looking at Jas and Dixie. She shrugged slightly, sitting down on the table closest to theirs, taking out her Charms book and opening up to the first section.

"Nothing else for me, thanks!" Alex said, opening up the one of the books given by Reina and starting to jot down the important points. She really wanted to chat a little more, but when was the time when Alex did NOT feel like talking? At least, a time that never occurred in her life up till now.
